Arriving in Duluth on I-35 North, take the 21st Ave. East exit. Turn Left at the end of the off-ramp and proceed straight up the hill on 21st Ave. East. Take a right at the top of the hill when the road merges with Woodland Ave. Stay on Woodland Ave. for approximately 2.3 miles. After you go through a stop sign at the intersection of Woodland Ave and Oxford St. you will start to go up another hill, and midway up that hill you will see signs on the left that say "Hartley Park".
